Description/
Medium length fur as black as night covers his large, muscular body. The only color that shows itself among his fur coat is black, while his ears are a dark, deep pink and mouth a vibrant bubble gum pink. His eyes are a dark chocolate that many note can look either very inviting or... very.. unnerving. He has a broad head, shoulders and chest, and his ears are prominent and straight, pointing towards the vast sky. His legs are long, carrying him mile after mile. His general appearance looks like both a GSD and a wolf although his true breed is very unknown to both himself and others .Zaruko is a canine that is very dynamic, and at times he may appear somewhat friendly, his tail may wag occasionally and his bubble gum pink tongue may lull out in a smiling expression. However... catch him on a day he isn't so friendly and the image before you will be a drastic change from friendly.. fur sticks up prominently in a fight response, teeth bared, tail low and body hard and rigid. The image you may see of him, simply depends on who you are, and just what he is feeling at the time. While this may seem normal to any dog.. Zaru has a way of expressing how he feels in an extreme way through body language. So it's a lot more noticeable than when a regular dog is angered, sad, or happy.

Intimidating. Zaruko is extremely intimidating at first. His large dark figure, and most of the time blank expression can really make many others seem nervous. At first, he is very quiet and doesn't say much about who he is or really about anything. He avoids questions and provides muddy answers that don't really explain much.

Ominous. Zaruko can be called ominous and even "mysterious" simply because he leaves a lot to the imagination. The only thing Zaruko will really express to you is his mood. Otherwise.. if he isn't angry or upset, he is a blank slate with no expression what so ever. He's perfectly fine with just... sitting.. and staring. It can seem creepy to some, and really at night, because of how well he blends in with the night.. he can seem scary.

Sexy. While this can be classified as an opinion.. many find Zaru's darkness very intriguing and attractive. His general appearance also adds to this, he has a killer smile and a very muscular and built body. His voice, though he doesn't talk much, is deep, slightly rough, and flawless. It can send chills up any one's spine.. in a good way.

Flirt. When Zaru does decide to talk and open up more he enjoys flirting. And he isn't the "good guy" or the "gentleman" that many other guys are or pretend to be. Zaru is the guy who wants to flirt by getting into trouble.. Such as going out and causing havoc with his girl of the night. He flirts by saying just enough to make the girl want more. Or wonder more. To intrigue her. Surprisingly, his flirting isn't meant to lead to anything else and it very rarely does. He just generally enjoys flirting and having fun with a girl. He hates relationships and doesn't want anything to do with one. As well as one night stands, and things he will later on regret. But he defiantly doesn't mind some cuddling and flirting.

Masculine. Zaruko is a very masculine character. He isn't very.. soft. He doesn't like to express sadness very often and tends to avoid talking about his past. He is a very rough, dark character and while he may express his feelings.. they tend to only be anger or happiness. Very rarely will be ever ever cry in front of anyone.

The Beginning.
Zaruko's father was a huge black wolf. An alpha of a small wolf pack, deep in the heart of the forest. This was when the humans still walked the earth. His mother was a sleek and beautiful canine, mixed with all kinds of breeds. She had seduced his father, and had made him break his own pack's rules by being with her. When Zaruko's pack realized he had been sneaking around with an outsider, let alone a dog... they were extremely angry. They had agreed it was time to do something about it. So it became a mutiny. They planned his death every time he slipped away to see his beloved. And one day.. they attacked him. Ripping him apart like a cheetah tears into a gazelle. He was completely overwhelmed and died quickly. Several days passed and the alpha's love began to worry.. he had stopped meeting her. She decided she should look for him, although she knew that might as well be called a suicide attempt. She was on pack territory, and by looking for the pack.. it was as if she was digging her own grave. Finally, she had sighted the pack. She also smelled the stench of death and it sent shivers throughout her body.. It couldn't be... had they found out about their love..? Her eyes got wet and she shook her head. She couldn't think about that right now.. she just.. she wanted revenge. After several days of planning, she decided killing them off one by one would be the way to go. But she was too confident.. and when she first decided to strike.. she was already too late. The pack had known about her planning and watching them. And they struck her back with brute force. However, when they were inches away from killing her, two words saved her life from being mercilessness torn from her. I,m pregnant. She whimpered.

The Middle.
Zaruko was born with 3 stillborn siblings. He was the only product of the litter that had been the savior to his mother. Although.. after the pack had let her go she had slipped into depression. She took little to no care for Zaru and really was just no more than a ghost. It made Zaru have to basically fend for himself from the very start of life and.. it made him the way he is now. He grew to hate his mother, for everything. He saw her as his enemy and he often dreamed of spiteful things to do to her, though he'd never go through with it. Finally, he broke away from her. He was nearly 6 months old when he left her, and the day he left he saw the emptiness in her eyes. She died soon after he left, and the smell of her death followed him throughout his journey to find a better place. He crossed rugged terrain, saw cities literally turned upside down, he witnessed brutal murders and crime far beyond what a young canine should see. He grew up, as the world around him slowly died. He never saw a human, and was born into the aftermath of the sheer destruction they had caused. It was a cold, cruel world that he slowly learned how to survive in.

The End.
Zaruko is a loner.Keeping to himself while he explores this vast world on his own. Occasionally stopping to cause havoc with a pretty girl or two, though in the end his is always by himself. He isn't quite sure where he hopes to go, or what he hopes to accomplish.. he just knows he wants as far away from his past as he can go. He doesn't want love, he doesn't want friends, or even a brotherhood such as a pack. He just.. he wants to know what drives him to continue on. He wants to know why the world is in such disarray. He wants to walk through life and find answers to questions no one asks. Zaruko is defiantly one of a kind. Perhaps his pawprints will cross with yours one day, and maybe.. just maybe... one day someone can be close to Zaru. Give him the love he never had, and take care of him.
