Eos -Xarthen - Male - FINISHED

Eos is a fine example of a eastern wolf. He is well built, standing about 75cm at the shoulder and weighing in at about 79kg, and looks much more imposing in demeanor than he actually is. His coat is clean, despite his rugged life, and has gorgeous hues of gold, silver, brown, and grey woven into it like a well made work of art. His eyes are a deep, piercing amber that seems to seep into whatever he's looking at. His tail is rather short and thin, cutting him down to 107cm in length but, the muscle tone on the red of his body draws the eye away from this. His most notable feature is his stiff back leg (left side), an old fight injury that causes him to limp noticeably when he walks or runs. The injury makes I'm rather slow and tends to ache every now and again, which causes Eos to pull away from most taxing physical activity if he can avoid it.

He looks healthy, especially considering that he tends to lean towards hunting smaller, slower, prey like rodents and small lizards. His body is, however, marred with countless scars from fights (with both prey and other canines) over the years, the most noticeable being his partially torn right ear.

EOS IS UNDENIABLY WISE BEYOND HIS YEARS. HE IS A WOLF WHO CAN EASILY OBSERVE AND UNDERSTAND EXPERIENCES, AND DRAW SOMETHING FROM THEM, BE THEM HIS OWN OR SOMEONE ELSE'S. IT IS HIS WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE THAT CAN MAKE HIM A BIT OVERBEARING AND BULL HEADED AT TIMES. HE DOES NOT LIKE TO BE WRONG, AND IS ALWAYS TRYING TO "BETTER" OTHERS AS HE GOES. Despite his opposing appearance his bark is much worse than his bite and he could even be lab labeled as a pacifist who will do all he can to avoid causing or being pulled into fights or any confrontation. Eos does not like to cause problems, in fact, he is quite the opposite in behavior, he would rather solve problems or resolve conflict. He finds himself looking from another's point of view so often, that it can be difficult for him to "Find himself" again.

Eos is one of the most tolerant wolves anyone will ever meet. He holds no animosity towards domestic canines (though it was not hallways this way). He would never leave anyone in need or behind injured if he had a choice in the matter. He is, however, undeniably loyal to his pack and alpha. He would never want to disappoint or visibly rebel or go against orders given to him, though his general thoughts on encountering problems on his own are "What the alpha doesn't know, won't hurt him."

This male has a soft and gentle heart but, generally distrusts those he meets. He has been hurt many times in the past and has learned that trusting those you do not know will eventually get you killed. His trust must be earned over time, as it was with his pack members. Once this wolf considers you his friend, he will go to hell and back for you,noise his trust though, and he'll vanish faster than rain in a desert.

year one: Eos was born to two Lone wolves. His father, named Apollus, was a old, battle worn, previous alpha of a pack that had dispersed long before due to famine in their lands. He was a mean old brute on the outside but, generally cared for his family and did all that he could for them. his mother, named Lyra, was a kind, young, female who had never had a family to call her own until she met Apollus and birthed Eos and his two brothers Marev and Jeg. Their first year of life was quiet and simple, thou food was scarce they mad it through.

year two: Eos' second year of life was much more trying than the first. He lost his brother to a domestic canine, when they were attacked while hunting along the beach. Marev was killed, while Eos was left lame in his back leg and was left with a lingering hatred of domestic canines. His father and mother moved him and his other brother jeg further into the wilderness in an attempt to escape the increasing numbers of domestic canines roaming around. Though it was trying, Eos survived another year.

year three: this year was bad from the start, a long drawn out winter left him and the rest of his family hungry and weak. His mother and younger brother soon succumbed to illness, leaving only him and his father. Around the beginning of fall, Eos' father decided that parting ways would be better for survival with resources to taxed to support them both in the area. Eos' has never encountered his father since they parted ways. He was close to starving when he met someone who would leave him changed forever. A young, female Shepard named Edge, who shared a meal with him. the female slowly won his trust, and eventually his admiration. She changed his view of domestic canines, showing him they struggled just as much if not more than the wolves did.

year four Possibly the darkest year of his life. Half way through the summer Edge was killed during a terrible storm, leaving a heart broken Eos to brave the coming winter alone. Had he not found and joined the Xarthen, he never wold have made I through he winter alone.

year five ( present ): Eos is a loyal member of the xarthen, who proudly serves is alpha and is prized by his pack for his knowledge and problem solving abilities. He is relatively happy but, finds himself feeling lonely and depressed.
