AMITYVILLEHORROR
FEMALE
TWO YEARS
APBT
RHAZORN
Amity is an average sized american pit bull terrier. She stands at about 20 inches (about 51 cm) and 56 lbs (about 25 kg), although her weight fluctuates with the amount of food available to her. Either way, she is a muscular female who fills out rather well and can not be pushed around easily. She is extremely strong for her size, yet keeps the agility that most other terriers have. While she is not exactly 'graceful', she is fairly quick on her toes. Amity is has a deep, chest, but is more of a Colby pit bull than a gator type. She has the taller, skinnier look than the short and broad one. Still, she has an intimidating enough look to her that smaller dogs are not going to want to mess with her anyway. She has a thick neck, with a few rolls around it, a defense mechanism bred into her to make it harder for a challenger to tear her throat open.
She has a long, thick tail that can leave a welt if it hits you wagging fast enough, and her ears were never cropped, leaving them to flop over in a cute way. Her head is very wide and she has a strong crossbite. Her jaws look powerful, even from a distance. She has large, brown eyes and a bright, pink nose. In several areas her coat grows thinner than others and pink/brown skin may be seen through it. For examaple, around her nose, mouth, eyes and ears. She also has various scars covering her body (many of which never had fur grow back over them) and will surely gain more as she grows older.
Amity has a nice, white coat that is randomly splotched with browns. Both of her eyes have brown that goes around them and then back over her ears to the backside of her skull. She also has a couple splotches of brown over her back and a good portion of her tail is brown, with a white tip. Amity's coat is thin and seems to be constantly shedding, no matter what season it is. Her paw pads are raw and worn out, and in the winter time, she often tries to stick in warmer areas and out of the cold and snow. During those times, she may often be seen searching for blankets to add to her collection to keep warm.
Overall, she is a medium sized dog who's power should not be doubted. She has a cute face and may attract the glances of other dogs before they really get a chance at talking to her.

TO SAY THE LEAST, AMITY IS NOT YOUR RUN OF THE MILL FEMALE. IN FACT, SHE IS THE TYPE OF DOG THAT THE WORD BITCH WAS INVENTED FOR. WITH A GRUMPY ATTITUDE AND A READY TO FIGHT APPEARANCE, MANY TEND TO AVOID HER. FOR HER YOUNG AGE, AMITY IS RATHER MATURE AND KNOWS HOW TO FEND FOR HERSELF WITHOUT ANY ISSUES OR PACK HELP.
SHE IS ONE OF THE MOST LOYAL DOGS YOU WOULD EVER HAVE THE PLEASURE OF CROSSING PATHS WITH. ONCE SHE HAS ACCEPTED YOU AS A PART OF HER PACK AND HER FAMILY, SHE WILL DO ANYTHING IN HER POWER TO PROTECT AND LOOK AFTER YOU. SHE WILL ALWAYS BE ONE OF THE FIRST DOGS TO LAY DOWN HER LIFE FOR ANYONE AND EVERYONE ELSE AND SHE CARES DEEPLY FOR THOSE AROUND HER, EVEN IF SHE DOES NOT ALWAYS SHOW IT. AND ON THAT NOTE, SHE IS BRAVE, AS BRAVE AS IT GETS. NO MATTER HOW SCARED SHE IS OF SOMETHING, AMITY WILL NEVER BACK DOWN OR ROLL OVER. SHE WILL ALWAYS BE THE FIRST DOG TO JUMP HEAD FIRST INTO A BATTLE, EVEN IF SHE KNOWS NO ONE WILL FOLLOW AFTER.
AMITY HAS STRONG BELIEFS AND OPINIONS AND THERE IS NO STOMPING THEM OUT. SHE IS A TOUGH, HARD HEADED GIRL AND IS NOT AFRAID TO SPEAK HER MIND OR TELL OTHERS WHAT SHE THINKS IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO. THIS CAN MAKE HER A PAIN TO DEAL WITH, SINCE IF SHE DISAGREES WITH A DECISION, SHE MAY GRIPE ABOUT IT FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG. THIS CAN ALSO BE BAD FOR OTHERS IN POWER, SINCE SHE MAY BE ABLE TO PERSUADE OTHERS INTO THINKING LIKE HER. HOWEVER, AMITY IS NOT ONE TO TRULY UNDERMINE A HIGHER POWER, AND WOULD NEVER PURPOSELY DO ANYTHING TO OVERTURN THE ALPHA THRONE OR MAKE ANYONE THINK THAT SHE IS AGAINST THEM. WHILE SHE MAY GRIPE AND CONVINCE OTHERS THAT HER IDEAS ARE BETTER, SHE WILL STILL STAND BY HER LEADER AND CARRY OUT THEIR WISHES AND DOES NOT WANT THEM TO THINK OTHERWISE.
SHE IS CARING TOWARD YOUNGER DOGS AND LOOKS AFTER THE 'STUPID AND NAIVE' (TO A POINT). SHE FEELS THAT SHE HAD TO GROW UP FASTER THAN A NORMAL DOG AND DOES NOT WANT OTHER PUPS TO HAVE TO DO THE SAME. WHILE SHE MAY STILL COME OFF AS RUDE OR BITCHY, SHE IS WILLING TO APPRENTICE AND MENTOR ANY OTHER DOGS. SHE IS A SKILLED FIGHTER AND GREAT STATIGIST, WILLING TO PASS ON ALL OF HER SKILLS TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO LEARN FROM HER.
AMITY IS WHAT YOU WOULD CALL A HORDER. SHE KEEPS A STASH OF HER OWN ITEMS, OFTEN BRINGING HOME THINGS THAT SHE MAY FIND WHILE OUT AND ABOUT. FOR EXAMPLE, BLANKETS, TOYS, TRINKETS, ETC. ESPECIALLY SOFT/WARM THINGS. SHE HAS A SLIGHT OBSESSION WITH STUFFED TOYS AND MAY BE SEEN CARRYING AROUND A DESTROYED TEDDY BEAR - THE ONLY THING THAT SHE HAS HAD SINCE SHE WAS A PUP. HER ITEMS AND FOOD ARE THINGS THAT SHE WILL JUMP INTO A FIGHT OVER IN A MATTER OF SECONDS IF ANOTHER DOG TRIES TO TAKE THEM.
AMITY DOES NOT MIND THE IDEA OF BEING TOP DOG OR GOING TO WAR. SHE IS ALWAYS READY TO TAKE OVER THE LAND OF OTHER PACKS AND WILLING TO GO TO BATTLE ANYDAY. SHE LOVES PROVING TO OTHERS THAT SHE IS A TOP DOG AND AIMS FOR HER PACK TO BE THE STRONGEST AND BEST IN ALL THE LANDS.
IN GENERAL, AMITY MAY COME OFF AS A BITCH AT FIRST. COLD AND UNPLEASANT... RATHER UNGRATEFUL, DOMINANT AND ANGRY. SHE HAS 'MINE' ISSUES AND IS NOT A GOOD SHARER, OFTEN READY TO LEAP INTO A FIGHT OVER LITTLE THINGS. HOWEVER, IF YOU GO DEEPER SHE IS A CARING INDIVIDUAL WHO WOULD DO ANYTHING FOR ANYONE ELSE, AS LONG AS THEY ARE RESPECTFUL OF HER. SHE IS NOT AFRAID OF ANYTHING AND MAY BE A BIT OF A DAREDEVIL. AMITY STILL HAS MANY YEARS TO DEVELOP IN HER LIFETIME, BUT FOR NOW, SHE ACTS MUCH MORE MATURE THAN OTHER DOGS JUST COMING OUT OF PUP-HOOD. SHE MAY NOT BE THE WISEST OF DOGS, BUT HER SURVIVAL INSTINCTS ARE NOT BAD. AMITY IS A SMART DOG, CONSTANTLY TAKING IN THINGS AROUND HER AND LEARNING FROM THEM. SHE LOVES TO IMPROVE HER SKILLS, ESPECIALLY FIGHTING AND INTIMIDATION. SHE LOVES TO LEARN FROM OTHERS AND MAY OFTEN BE FOUND IN SCUFFLES AND WRESTLING TO LEARN FROM THOSE AROUND HER.

Amity was not around long enough to really endure any of the hardships of the actual human wars, however that does not mean that she was not affected by them. Like all the other dogs in the area, she found herself born on the streets, to parents hardened by the war and without much time to properly raise their children. Her mother's main concern was teaching the three surviving pups of his litter how to fight and eat. Those are Amity's earliest memories. Running around learning how to defend herself and how to get the most food out of an area, even when there was not a lot there.
She learned quickly and often found herself alone with her siblings, taking the role of the leader and taking it upon herself to look after and protect them whenever their mother was gone. They were often left alone, hidden in the shadows where they would roll through the dead and other scents to try and cover their own up from other predators that might find three young pups to be a tasty snack. While Amity does not remember seeing her mother much after four months of age, she does remember her mother dousing them in junk to try and help them camouflage better. She also remembers receiving a destroyed teddy bear.
It smelt of other pups and children, like dispair and sadness... yet it was always a comfort to her. While she was learning to face the terrors of life, that teddy bear was the only real reassurance that she had to make her feel better. Afterall, her mother was not around enough to do it, she had never met her father, and her siblings were just as (if not more) terrified than she was. Still keeping the bear with her today, it has various holes with stuffing coming out, the head is not set right and it is missing an eye. There is a piece of a bowtie left behind on its chest, and it feels as if the material it is made of was (at one point) extremely soft.
Anyway, as time continued, Amity and her siblings found themselves suddenly alone for a longer period of time than usual. Venturing out after their mother and to look for something to eat, they searched for what seemed like weeks for the old pit bull. They followed any leads they thought might take them to her, splashed through waste, knocked over trash, etc. However, when they finally did find her, they truly wished they had not. Coming across what was left of that body was one of the more mortifying times of Amity's life. But, for her siblings, she refused to show it. Staying strong for them, Amity carried on, trying to take her mother's role but never leaving the others behind. She had learned that staying in numbers was safer than being on your own.
Finally, after another year of this life style, her siblings decided they wished to join a pack. At first Amity was not keen on the pack, allowing them to go while she stuck to the abandoned alleyways that she had grown accustomed to, often visiting the place where she had her last happy memory with her family. The teddy bear began to mean more to her, and without her siblings around she began to collect more things like it (pillows and blankets and cloth scraps included). Finally, coming up on the age of two years, Amity decided living alone was driving her insane. She was turning into one of the monster loners she had so feared as a child. There were often others challenging her and she felt as if she were constantly being hunted down. Paranoia began to engulf her and she felt as if she might be losing her mind. Her health began to reflect this too, as she lost weight and muscle mass quickly.
However, as Amity looked for her siblings, no one seemed to know of them. She could not figure out where they had disappeared to, and as a last result finally turned to Rhazorn - a pack of all females. This pack seemed perfect for her. Strong girls banded together, no males to make her feel uncomfortable (as she had not spent time around many 'nice' ones). It was not long before the pack accepted her as a family member and she did the same. The memories of her real siblings and mother began to fade out as she replaced them with those of motherly and sibling-like figures.
This is where we find Amity; still adjusting to the life of a pack, but enjoying it far more than the scary, miserable life of a loner.
