» STAFF AUDITIONS ( step into the spotlight ) After a long period of thinking if over, I've decided I need more help around here. This place needs constant, active staff but, unfortunately with my schedule, I've learned that I will need a larger team to be able to keep it running efficiently. I will be looking for another moderator, who will accept biographies and update site statistics. Activity is the main thing I am looking for. If you cannot be on every day (not counting unique circumstances where you're away etc), then this probably isn't for you. [blockquote][blockquote] name. here experience. in being a staff member, please provide links if possible reasoning. why do you wish to become a staff member? why would you make a good staff member? activity. this is the most crucial; what is your schedule like? contact. what is the best way for me to contact you? aim/msn/skype preferred. ideas. do you think anything on iaef should change? [/blockquote][/blockquote]

name. Darkmoon
experience. I have been staff at many sites, and have helped create some as well. I have been staff here previously at the following sites and some others however the others are not currently running anymore: fenrir.east-of-paradise.com/ [active] mementomori-rpg.com/portal.php [don't believe it is currently active] rebornsins.proboards.com/ [not running anymore]
reasoning. I want to become staff because I enjoy helping the community in anyway I can, unfortunately I am not too savvy in coding or graphics, but with my experience I feel I can help greatly. I always welcome new members, and try my best to enforce the rules of the site. I try to look out for everyone and assist anybody anyway I can. I would love to do accepting because I am on often and can constantly be checking new bios over. I am also here to be making sure the boards stay clean and moving threads to archives once they're finished and switch over bios when characters join a pack. And if there's ever anything you need me to do specifically i'd be happy to. I just really wish to help out the site, it is my main site i'm on and I feel I can do more than I am now.
activity. I am on everyday, and often times am looking for things to do. I always reply to threads as soon as I can. If I am not directly around usually I am lurking and if someone needs me I can be in here very quickly and I am always on skype on my phone if there's an emergency or questions and I am not on the computer.
contact. You can contact me through both aim and skype. Aim: Kiwa427@aim.com Skype: kiwa427
ideas. I don't see any need for changes, however I would like to see a system for judging general fights. Clear this up if i'm wrong, but it appears there is only something for challenges for ranks, land, pack members etc. However there are bound to be fights just due to differences, dominance and such. And I think a open senses that all members can view of how many of each breed we have on the site would help a lot for people that are trying to create maybe breeds that we have none of or less of. I have many ideas that I would like to discuss with all of the staff, and would be willing to do the work to make these happen.

name. ALOHA !
experience. I have a long long long time ago, although none of the sites are active anymore and are probably deleted... that and I can't really remember any of their names. xD But I have created a proboards site before, and I have been an admin and mod as well.
reasoning. Honestly, if the site needs another mod, I'm always available for you guys. Personally I think that whoever is most deserving of the position is truly up to Grey and I know she'll make the right decision, even if it isn't me. Even if I don't get the position, as long as someone does and can contribute to helping out the staff members, I'm happy. I just want to see this site prosper, because I really do think it has a lot of great ideas and a very friendly community, and it would be such a shame and waste if it became inactive, especially due to the very busy schedules of both members and staff members alike.
activity. Just an average busy high school student. xD BUT unlike before, my activity has actually allowed me to drop in and at least check up on the site ( which I do a lot ) at least once a day. I can allow for a little more time to check for finished biographies and keeping statistics updated, which I just absolutely love to do for some reason, which is bizarre because I'm not the most organized person. xDD I don't drop by the cbox to stop and chat very often, and I'm sorry for that, but I promise I really am checking in everyday to make sure all is well... even if I'm not a staff member. x3 ( You can even see in the "Who's been online for the past 24 hours " if you're really curious. xp )
contact. PMing is really the best way, since I log on and the first thing I look for is new PMs. The only reason for this is because I'm actually not on any other chats very often, if ever. It doesn't seem like a very good way of contacting me, but trust me, in my case, it really is. x3
ideas. I might have a few graphical ideas that I can contribute to help members who like to code tables and other such pretty things, such as integrating google fonts ( which is, by the way, amazing ) and volunteering to be responsible for that myself, if not one else wants to. x3 I also think adding some threads that will help with activity and staying organized and on top of things will help, such as an mod notice thread where people can post to get the mod's attention about anything. ( be it checking a biography, judging a fight, etc. ) I really don't see many things to change about the site at the moment, but if I ever come up with anything, you bet I'll post it up on the suggestions board. x3

name. Fizz experience. I was a staff member on Alacritis for a short while, I quit for personal reasons. reasoning.
I am very friendly, I love popping into the chat and talking, I honestly like being helpful, to guests, to staff to help make things easier on you guys. I am creative, if I see something that I think could be improved on I usually bring it to the staff's attention to try and come up with a solution that is supported by everyone. I love solving problems, for example, the banning of breeds and packs, there are ways around doing that, just have to talk it out and throw out ideas to each other. I'm a team player, I like working with people and although I am a dummy with codes I like to learn and I'm definitely not going to do something unless I'm certain it won't mess something up ( thatd be horrible D: ).
Even if I don't get the position I'll still be eager to help you guys out, because I want IAEF to thrive and stay alive and the best way to do that is with helpful members, and excellent staff.
activity. I am on daily, I generally work 3 days a week, but even then I am on before and after I get off work. On my days off I am constantly on, even if I am idle, I still try and keep up with things. contact. Skype, which you have ideas. I do not think anything on IAEF should change. The current staff have done a wonderful job of running the place. If I may, I would offer the idea of adding a WIP sub-board to the app board for those wishing to not post the finished one. Once they are done they can move it to the actual board to be looked over. I think this would make things a bit easier for the staff and much more organized and clean looking.
I agree with Dark and ALOHA. There should be an area for the members to get the attention of a staff member other than pm or cbox. As far as the fighting system goes, I think it's a great idea I've been on numerous sites where this has been done and it works out great, often times people want to test their skills as an rper and the best way is to have someone judge a fight for them. In my experience this has always been done by a staff member. I'd be happy to help with this and have an idea on how they should be judged if you would want to go that route. The judged fighting goes in with ALOHA's idea, there could be a sub-board for notifications (ex. for fights) and for complaints or ideas. I think it is important to make the members feel like they have a say- as they keep the site alive.

name. Kisa experience. I have modded several sites in the past, though all have become inactive. I also created 2 proboards sites -- one is still an up-and-commer the other has been dead for some time. I've been in proboards since I was 13 (I'm 22 now) - so I feel very comfortable around anything proboards related.
Rancid Legion - My up and coming zombie based site. I have a 2nd in command who also runs the site, so I will have time for here.
reasoning. I'm a pretty organized person who likes to help out when I can. I'm not good at coding anything, but I will help out with any other mod jobs such as accepting profiles, enforcing rules, welcome committee, anything other than coding really. I really like the site and I feel like I can really help, I want to help if I can. activity. I am on at least once a day, I'm pretty addicted to the site -- so I like to check up when I can. contact. Through here would be the best way to contact me really. I would say contact me through my email, but I rarely check that.
I am on facebook all the time though: click You'll have to send me a friend invite, though.
ideas. I think we should do away with the wolf limit, the Xarthen pack is the smallest pack and with the war coming up the Xarthens is going to need some more members. If anything you can take the rule off of wolf creating and put it on Nemilest, Cesavias and Loners since we so many of them that it is becoming skewed.
tl;dr - I say change the "You may only have one wolf per every three regular characters" rule to being: "You may only have one Cesavias, Nemilest, Loner character per every three regular characters." This is to even out the packs a little.
That is the only thing I see that could be changed.

name. Looney
experience. I have been a staff member on a few human sites, but never really any animal sites. Though I am experienced in what a staff member should do. Click- I was head Admin on this site and ran most of it. Click here- This is as close as I've come to help run an animal site. But the owner and I are about to revive it and I will be a mod.
reasoning. Well, I'm very friendly, and I love meeting new people. I try popping into the cbox as much as I can and talk to everybody as much as I can. I also love plotting with people and making people feel welcome. As for the job description, I'm very fair. People usually call me the peace-keeper. If there's a small argument, I'll be there trying to sort everything out. As for the fair part, well, I don't take sides on anything and always try to look at it through a stranger's perspective. Anyways, I really love reading applications, too. Even when I'm not an admin or a moderator, I try to read all of the applications anyways. I love looking at all the new characters that are coming into the site. ^^
activity. If I'm on a normal schedule, I'm usually on as soon as I get home from school, to when I have to go to bed that night. Give or take a few breaks in between that. I guess you could say, if needed, I could be on for five or so hours a day. Though most days it may end up being around two-four.
contact. AIM, but you already have that for me. <3
ideas. Hm... I love everything, honestly. But I do think bans need to start being more strictly enforced. I've noticed that there are quite a few of one breed, and some of the packs are dominating the others packs in numbers. I can understand that some packs have a lot more members than others, but it's just unrealistic to have so many in one pack to have almost none in another.

Thank you, everyone, for your auditions! They were a pleasure to read. C: On that note, however, congratulations to Fizz for winning the position. I will be sending you a PM in the morning concerning all duties, and look forwards to you joining the team.
Love you all and, again, this was very close!<3
